KAVANAGH associates were founded in 1989 to provide specialized project
management and construction oversight services to the life sciences industry.
Since that time, it has grown and expanded its expertise to include corporate
office, bio pharmaceutical, manufacturing, electronics, technical facilities,
and
selected hospitality projects.
From the client's perspective, the success of the organization has been
based on its expertise and insight into the complexities of the design
and construction of these facilities incorporating, flexibility, function
and economics into the overall program requirements.
KAVANAGH associates has developed the Total Installed Costs concept of
budgeting and cost control for the entire project from the development
of the programming thru design, construction, commissioning, relocation
and exiting/decommission of vacated existing facilities.
