QUALITY

Quality starts
with the project drawings that identify the physical construction needs of the project and include specific details of components. Shop drawings are reviewed to ensure everything works and fits and the final product is consistent with the intent of the drawings. The use of RFI's - Request for information - from the contractor is encouraged for clarification of the installed product.

On a regular basis the work in place is reviewed to ensure the quality of the installed product and adhere to plans and specifications. Quality and function are paramount to the success of the project. During the review process we constantly maintain our awareness of issues and risks that might impact the outcome of the budget, schedule and established level of quality.

A "Punch List" is prepared on a regular basis throughout the construction process to ensure compliance with Plans and Specifications. The use on an ongoing punch list throughout the construction process minimizes "re-do's" at completion and catches issues before they impact other trades.
